Day 1 - Fish Festival

The fish festival was Wendy's favorite time of year. Even though the odor was a little foul, everything was fresh and there were fish kites everywhere. Like many of the other inhabitants of Ton-bao island she had dressed up in her fanciest clothes and coloured her hair blue for the ocean.

But none of this was the best part of the fish festival. The best part was that she had been chosen to fall from the highest cliff and into the water to be snatched up by the big fish god Bilba.

Wendy raised her fan to her face and looked out into the sea, where she would soon be joining the gods for dinner.
